A6120/A61 Harrogate Road junction improvements 29.01.19 update

Over the last month the new A6120/A61 roundabout has started to take shape with the surfacing of the new carriageway along with the new carriageway on the west approach. At Scott hall road roundabout excavation works have commenced on the new alignment. On the South East corner of the A6120 east approach surface drainage works have continued in preparation for the construction of the new footpath/cycle way. BT, Northern Power Grid and Northern Gas networks have continued with their diversion works which will facilitate the construction of the new carriageways.
