Starting On Monday 27 th July we will be installing temporary 4-way traffic signalling at the following points:
Skeltons Lane Junction 3 – Between Thorner Lane and Coal Road.
The temporary traffic lights will be operational between 8.00 am until 6.00 pm for 65 weeks.
The traffic lights are in place to enable site traffic to cross the main carriageway at the ELOR junctions.
During this phase of the works 4-way lights will be in operation to allow us to move machinery along the length of the project with minimal impact on the local traffic network.Traffic will only be held on the main road when there is construction traffic crossing the main carriageway
No access to properties / businesses will be affected.
